INSPECTION 1
During harvest, we hand-pick a tree up to five times to capture the flavor of each piece of fruit at just the right moment. Our discerning workers sort the fruit as they remove it from the tree.
INSPECTION 2
The freshly harvested fruit is sorted prior to the wash table.
INSPECTION 3
We pass our fruit through industry-leading taste technology that analyzes the interior composition for an ideal sugar to acid ratio. Fruit that doesn’t meet the minimum flavor standard doesn’t move on, even if it appears unblemished.
INSPECTION 4
Our fruit separates into multiple grades as it passes through our color and size sorter. Identical flavor is a hallmark of every piece regardless of size and color differences.
INSPECTION 5
At our sorting tables, a team of workers hand-sort the fresh harvest two more times before being accepted for further analysis.
INSPECTION 6
Finally, each piece of fruit is placed by hand into trays.. Our workers are trained to check the fruit one more time for any visible defects during packing.
